Highly visible role providing administrative support to several teams.
Extensive calendar scheduling, travel coordination, and reconciliation of expense reports. Prepare agendas, research prospective client profiles, and ensure appropriate follow-up. Ownership of presentation development/document production; responsible for quality control to ensure documents conform to firm standards and guidelines, and successful in meeting deadlines. Maintain client contact database/manage direct mailing campaigns.
Must have a degree and 3 - 5 years experience at a maximum as a Sr. level admin with client service exposure. Must have strong communication skills, organizational skills, the ability to multi task, problem solving skills

Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 DOE
